KWCC Team Active Challenge
City: Kitchener, Ontario
Date: Saturday, June 19th, 2010
Place: Kitchener City Hall, 200 King St., Kitchener, ON
Introduction & History: This annual tournament has been popular with
clubs and groups from Toronto to Windsor, Hamilton to Sudbury. Teams have
been made up of players with a wide range of chess experience.

Rds: 5
Start Times: 10:30am, (Lunch), 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
Type: Active Swiss with teams of 4 players from same club, company,
or region. Pairing will be by team scores. Board positions are determined by
the team captain or players.
TC: Game in 25 minutes plus 10 seconds added per move (Bronstein)
EF: $40 for team of four. CFC membership required for each player,
can be paid on site; Adult $43, Junior (U18) $27, One time tournament $20.
Payment: Cash only at site. There is an ATM on site.
Prizes: Team prize determined by matches won, lost, and drawn.
$$Based on entries, trophies and cash.
